it turns out

i HAVE to write down all my random thoughts somewhere. so yeah, my blog's not going to change. i don't even know what i should write about but right now i'm waiting for south park season 13 episode 2 to buffer when i'm supposed to be studying. aaarrgghh, tp mlssssss. you know how when you're eyes are pretty much glued to the computer screen and that proably only a hurricane (or major sleepiness) could get your eyes off the screen.

i miss south park and i'm just uber psyched the 13th episode is out. i watch last night's episode completely laughing my ass off, alone. i even chose south park over a really special phone call =(

i'm sorry, i was just giving a head start at how i loooove south park and there will probably be more times in the future where you'll have to lose to south park. hehe

me and icha went to senayan city today to watch confessions of a shopaholic. at first i didn't really want to see the movie cause i'm a HUGE fan of the book which i have been reading since the 8th grade and since the movie is sooo different, i thought i would get to disappointed and all that. but it turns out, the movie was also great. it's different from the book, yes. but it was ok. it has its own unique twist.

here are a few major differences between the book and the movie:

-it takes place in london. not in new york. even though the second book is titled shopaholic takes mahattan

-even though becky is a major shopaholic, she isn't that 'glam' nor is she that immature in appearance

-the scarf existed in the story but there was never 'the girl in the green scarf'

-luke was never becky's boss nor was he the son of a famous 'sherman'

though i like the sherman part. where luke says he doesn't want to be famous just because of his name and stuff.

oh and this is kind of a spoiler, but i really like this part in the book,

becky met luke because of the scarf incident, where she said that she wanted to buy her aunt ermintrude the scarf. when they both had a daughter, they named her minnie from the aunt ermintrude who brought them together though never existed. lol

oh  and i think suze is soo much like in the book. haha
